If you remember back a few short weeks ago, we exchanged emails about
jerky, a friend in Afghanistan and shipping to APO addresses. House of

directly because of your reply email and the stance House of Jerky has
taken on our servicemen.
On behalf of my Buddy, the Latvians and Afghani’s standing at his side,
who each day push the point of the spear hard against those standing
against us, I thank you. I know they’ll enjoy the teriyaki and venison
enroute to him now. Though it may not be my place, I’ll also thank you
on behalf of all the soldiers you gift. Janie, it sends each of them a
great and heart warming message of support from ‘we the people’ to
those in uniform. It is a very good thing you do.
Want to let you know more jerky will be ordered in the coming months.
When it is, it’ll be from y’all and I’ll find a way to kick in a little
extra so others are able to enjoy it as well.
Now under the heading, ‘It’s Absolutely None of My Business’, I’ll
close with this; Do not know whether you are a Mother, will be a Mother
or what your personal stance on Rug Rats may be, but am left with the
distinct feeling a kind and caring hand, a hand of ‘Motherly’ love is

Great review of our jerky on the Food Snob Blog.
I got Turkey Jerky, Sweet and Spicy Beef Jerky, and some Pepper beef Jerky. I am happy to report that I have tried both of the beefs and am soooo madly in love with this stuff that Im posting before I try the turkey - yeah, because I have that much faith in it!

Memorial Day is a day of remembrance for those who have died in service to our nation.
In the past I always looked forward to Memorial Day, the beginning of a three day weekend. Now I think about the true meaning of what this day is about.
It also makes me reflect on all the soldiers I hear from now that are still knowingly putting themselves in harm’s way so that they can make a difference in the lives of others.
I decided it would be a great time to offer the opportunity to join us in our Jerky Up for our troops Campaign. We have a long list of soldiers wanting to receive jerky. If you can find it in your hearts to help support them and put a smile on their faces this Memorial Day, please join us. We are matching every ¼ pound purchased for Jerky Up and sending it to our troops so they will receive it by Memorial Day. You can include a personal note; just add it in the comment section.
Jerky Up for Our Troops ends May 1. We want to make sure to get it to them on time.

Hello my name is SGT Davis I’m the United States Army. I’m currently
