Recipe is using House of Jerky jerky, the Best Jerky! Naturally!
Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados, peeled and de-pitted
2 large peeled de-seeded cucumbers
6 drops smoked Tabasco
8 tsp fresh lemon juice
3 cups chicken stock, chilled and defatted or good roasted vegetable stock
2 cups heavy cream
Pepper and Kosher salt TT
Puree avocados, cucumbers, Tabasco, lemon juice and chicken stock. [...]

Heat oven to 375F
6 large chicken breasts, pounded flat
3 eggs beaten w/ 3 oz water
1 1/2 cups of toasted pepitas
